Urban requalification in Savona

The project requalifies the block delimited by via P. Giura, via Lavagna e Via Untoria. The area, in the centre of the town, in front of the touristic port and the middle-aged fortress or Priamar, is the last part of the city that still shows evidence of buildings destroyed by the bombs of World War II.

The intervention proposes the construction of 48 residential units, offices and retail shops for a total surface of 4.650 sqm. At the first underground floor, there will be a parking lot for more than 50 cars.

The project unites innovation and tradition. The modern technologies of energetic efficiency are side by side with the model of ancient building style of Liguria in features and material. There is already the possibility to increase the number of underground floors to hold 135 garage units.
