The Italian hub of Rhenus Logistics has 30.000 sqm of surfaces distributed in two different buildings inside a logistic park nearby the west orbital road of Milan. Tirso has almost 10.000 sqm, including the principal office unit that backs almost immediately onto the freeway / motorway. The strength of the partnership between landlord and tenant contributed to upgrade the asset with many improvements such as, for example, the construction of new docking points lowering the yard and the realization of a modern ESFR sprinkler plant.
